also known as The Sober Sherpa — a guide, a mentor, and founder of The Sober Adventure Collective. I help people turn recovery into their greatest adventure by building lives that feel bold, connected, and deeply fulfilling.
I’ve walked the path you’re on now. I ended my toxic love affair with alcohol in April 2020, and sobriety transformed my life in ways I never thought possible. But it wasn’t just about quitting drinking — it was about remembering who I really was.
I stopped chasing what looked good and started choosing what actually felt right. I found myself — and then I found my people. I learned how to feel without needing to escape. And I began building a life I could finally be proud of in every way — a life I didn’t know anyone could have.
In 2024, I walked away from a 20-year career in corporate marketing — not because I had it all figured out, but because I couldn’t ignore the calling to help others find this same freedom, joy, and sense of purpose. To prove that recovery doesn’t have to feel like restriction — it can be the most meaningful, empowering, and adventurous thing you’ve ever done.
Today, I guide others through that same transformation, combining lived experience, practical tools, and adventurous wellness experiences — all designed to help you build a life that feels like a reward, not recovery.
Through my mentorship programs, retreats, and community offerings, I help you:
Overcome fear and disbelief
by reframing sobriety as the bold new beginning it is
Build confidence and connection
, and rediscover what real joy actually feels like
Gain tools for personal growth, resilience, and authentic living
Because this isn’t just about removing alcohol. It’s about becoming the person you were always meant to be — and having the courage to fully live that life.
